Chris Lloyd

Chris Lloyd is the Chief Solutions Officer at SYSPRO, where he leads the development and delivery of innovative solutions that align with customer needs and drive business success. In this role, Chris is responsible for shaping the company’s solution strategy and ensuring that SYSPRO’s offerings provide value through advanced technology, seamless integration, and a customer-centric approach. He works closely with teams across the organization to enhance product offerings and ensure the successful implementation of these solutions in the marketplace.

Previously, as Chief Product Engineering Officer at SYSPRO, Chris oversaw the organization’s development teams, ensuring the realization of the product vision and accelerating product development. His leadership played a crucial role in driving digital transformation, fostering connected experiences, and enhancing technology design and testing within the company.

Chris is passionate about driving innovation, evolving ways of working, and building trust within organizations. With a proven track record in technology leadership, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of digital solutions and technology-based transformations. Prior to joining SYSPRO, Chris spent over five years at Alex Forbes Johannesburg, where he held various roles, including Head of Digital Disruption and Enablement and Head of Technology Development and Testing.

A people-first leader, Chris enjoys mentoring individuals and fostering continuous personal and professional growth. He holds a BSc (Engineering) in Mechatronics from the University of Cape Town.
